I am an experienced software professional with years of development, design and architectural experience. I lead with compassion, coaxing the most out of people, and have learned how to understand customers. Innovation and experimentation and bringing ideas to market are some of the things I do well.
I was an innovator at RIM, making wireless connectivity a reality. Taking an innovative approach to bridge the gap between engineers and customers brought about great relationships, great learning experiences and good friends.
That’s what I do as a professional.
My personal traits of compassion, innovation, outside the box thinking, honesty, integrity, being genuine, and true to myself are what I bring to my professional and personal life.
I will write about how I have successfully and unsuccessfully used these skills what I have learned, and how you may want to consider. Or refute. Or discuss. I am all for a good discussion so I can learn from you.
My views on leadership, software development, management of software developers and other teams – not always conventional that I hope will make you think.
